First month
Your first month costs $1. If you cancel during it, you’re never charged anything more. Cancel with the link at the bottom of any of our emails, or at reconstructed.app/manage.
Annual plan: 14 days
If you’re charged for a year of Reconstructed (when your trial ends, or when your plan renews) and you don’t want it, ask within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it in full. Your access ends when the refund is issued. After 14 days, you can still cancel at any time so you won’t be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Lifetime Pro (earlier pre-order)
Lifetime Pro was sold as a pre-order for an app we have since replaced with email delivery. You keep lifetime access by email. If you’d rather have your money back, email us any time for a full refund.
How to get a refund
Email info.reconstructed@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Refund”. We process refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take another 5–10 days to show it.
EU and UK customers
You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital subscription. When you start a trial or subscription you ask us to give you access immediately; our 14-day refund above means you keep a full refund right during that period anyway.
